Build your CS2 crosshair with a live preview. Tune size, gap, thickness, and color — then paste the config into the console. Free, no signup.
Most pros use something close to: size 2, thickness 1, gap -2, green, no dot, style 4 (static). Start there and adjust one value at a time over several days — constant switching ruins muscle memory.
Style 4 (classic static) never moves — what the vast majority of pros use. Dynamic styles expand when you move or shoot, which some beginners like as feedback, but they add visual noise. We recommend static.
Go to Settings → Game → set ‘Enable Developer Console’ to Yes. Then press the ~ (tilde) key in-game to open it.
Console commands apply until you restart unless added to your autoexec.cfg. For a permanent crosshair, add the line to autoexec.cfg in your CS2 cfg folder.
There is no universal best, but the most common pro setup is: small green static cross, size 1–3, gap -2 to -4, thickness 1. Comfort beats copying exactly.
The same commands work in CS:GO, since CS2 kept the crosshair system.
