Controls

Tap a tile to select it
Tap a matching neighbor (up/down/left/right) to fuse
Goal: fuse up to the biggest number possible

How to play

Tap any tile, then tap an adjacent tile with the same number.
They fuse — the second tile doubles, the first refills with a small number.
Keep fusing: 2→4→8→16→32 and beyond.
The game ends when no matching neighbors remain.

Fusion strategy

Work one corner: grow a single big tile instead of many small ones.
Clear blockers: fuse small pairs to free space around big tiles.
Plan chains: set up 8+8 while building toward 16+16.

Number Fusion FAQs

How is this different from 2048 Merge?

No sliding here — you fuse by tapping matching neighbors directly. It’s more tactical and relaxed.

Do tiles have to touch?

Yes — only directly adjacent tiles (up, down, left, right) can fuse. Diagonals don’t count.

What happens to the first tile after fusing?

It refills with a fresh small number (2 or 4), so the board never empties.

When does the game end?

When no two neighboring tiles match anymore. Then it’s all about your final score.
