Controls

Arrow keys / WASD: slide all tiles
Swipe: on mobile, swipe across the board
Goal: merge tiles to create the 2048 tile

How to play

Slide the board — every tile moves until it hits an edge or another tile.
Matching tiles merge into their sum (2+2=4, 4+4=8…).
Each move spawns a new 2 or 4 tile.
Reach 2048 to win — the board fills up when you run out of moves.

Winning strategy

Corner rule: keep your biggest tile in one corner all game.
One direction: avoid moving your big tile away from its corner.
Build chains: line up 2-4-8-16 in a row toward the corner.
